Do my customers need the Chale app?
To order, yes: scanning your code opens your shop's chat in Chale. Someone without Chale sees your shop's page and menu, and how to get Chale.
How do people pay?
At pickup, as they pay you today. There's no card machine and no delivery.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Each person joins with a staff code from you, on their own phone. Staff answer requests and keep stock right; managers also change items and bring people in.
What if Chale gets an order wrong?
Nothing reaches you that the customer didn't approve on their card, and you confirm every request before it's made. If something's off, change the total and say why, or decline it with a reason.
Which towns?
Piloting in Accra, open to businesses anywhere in Ghana.
What about bookings and appointments?
They're next. Clinics, dentists, salons and barbers will take bookings through Chale the same way. Orders come first.
